A desire to deliver indispensable information to fulfil an unmet need was the driving force that led Falbros to launch an online bridging loan directory aimed at consumers and intermediaries.

The project has come together after two years of meticulous planning with focus especially spent on researching the variety of bridging finance solutions available along with making the website lightening quick and responsive.
Mr Ewen predicts 500 pages of content on bridging loans and alternative finance types such as asset finance and private banking being to hand.
He said: “Up until now there has been no central resource with clearly defined information aimed at helping people with little knowledge right up to financial intermediaries.
“We are working with lenders and partners to continually develop the content and are working on lots of new features from video explainers to a full-blown bridging loan sourcing system and online applications which we hope to have in place by the 4th quarter of 2017.
“From dedicated servers collocated in a tier 4 data system to a CMS based on Microsoft technology has helped us to deliver a fast, user-friendly experience which has been recognised within the industry.
